Position Overview
The Jobsite Foreman leads daily on-site operations, working with, and overseeing the crew, assigning tasks, maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness, and coordinating with subcontractors. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep projects on schedule and within budget while working closely with the team, PM, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day site operations and personnel
- Coordinate with subcontractors onsite and ensure timely execution of work
- Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and site protection measures
- Conduct daily walk-throughs and quality control checks
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager to report progress and issues
- Ensure materials and tools are available and used properly
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Maintain detailed jobsite daily logs, and photo documentation
- Resolve on-site conflicts and communicate with Project Management to adapt schedules as needed
- Represent the company professionally to clients, inspectors, and vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on residential construction experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and codes
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and scopes of work
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic construction apps
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
